Workshop: Truth and Dare: Back by Popular Demand with Laura Moulton
In this workshop, we’ll explore new work by contemporary artists and writers and generate our own projects both on the page and in the world. Each week students choose one truth (a writing prompt) and one dare (a creative challenge to make/do) and work toward a final project in the medium of their choice (the only rule: to follow what you are most curious about). This workshop includes stellar writing prompts and encouragement, research & lively reports from the field, and group-think/collaborations. “Homework” may include adventures like graffiti harvesting, documenting public art, and writing letters. New and returning students welcome. Previous workshop attendance is not required.
Meets Mondays and Weds 4-5:30pm | February 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24
