Join musician, producer, and community leader Lizzy Ellison for a hands-on, 4-day songwriting and demoing workshop designed for aspiring artists ages 14-18. Limited to 8 participants, this immersive experience will guide students through the creative process—from developing song ideas to recording polished demos. Collaboration is at the heart of this workshop, encouraging young musicians to write, arrange, and refine their music together. Participants will have the unique opportunity to record in a state-of-the-art analog and digital studio, gaining real-world experience in professional music production. Whether you’re a vocalist, instrumentalist, or songwriter, this workshop will help you bring your musical ideas to life in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Lizzy's Bio
Lizzy Ellison has been a recording/touring musician since 2000. Shehas put out 7 records, 3 under her moniker, Cardioid, and the previous4 with Radiation City (PDX). She began teaching workshops as a means to share her experiences from the music industry and build new relationships with folks interested in learning about songwriting, but mostly to get the human connection we all need.
