Education promotes growth and opportunity. It also has the power to change lives. The Bodecker Foundation is proud to launch the 2025 Sonic Boost Scholarship! 

The Sonic Boost Scholarship uplifts emerging musicians and audio creators in Oregon who are shaping the future of sound. This one-time opportunity offers two $5,000 awards — one in audio engineering and one in music performance or composition — to help students continue their creative education. 

The scholarship is open to Oregon-based students ages 18–25 who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in music, audio production, or a related field. Applicants are asked to submit three samples of their work and a short written statement about their background, creative goals, and financial need. 

Applications open November 21 and close December 10. Selected recipients will be notified by December 20, and funds will be paid directly to their institution of learning to support tuition or related educational expenses by their next semester.
