Overview

In this five-week course, students will focus on building personal identity into garments. By exploring the work of visual artists focused in textiles and clothing, students will deepen understanding of how artists build meaning into their own work. With prompts, creative exploration and discovery students will have the chance to follow suit. By the end of the class, students will leave with an original reworked garment that they have created and the ability to identify thematic connections between art and clothing.

HYBRID Tuesdays + Thursdays October 25, 27th, and November 1st + 3rd 5-6:30pm

In person Sunday November 6th and 13th 11-2pm
