Overview

How have you experienced change and transformation over the last year? In this workshop, we will explore ourselves thorough film, writing prompts, and other media forms that speak to personal and public change, transformation, and revolution. We will deep dive into our cultural artifacts in the form of documentary film, experimental video shorts, series, and other forms of moving image storytelling, and discuss how these forms of expression articulate change in creative ways. By the end of the class, each student will use their unique voice to create a short experimental video or mixed media project that addresses this transformation.

Meets Monday and Weds 5-6:30pm | May 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26
