Sophia S. 2024 Scholarship Recipient
Education promotes growth and opportunity. It also has the power to change lives. The Bodecker Foundation offers scholarships to Oregon High School seniors who plan on attending an accredited, post-secondary institution in the United States to study Visual or Applied Arts, Creative Writing, Music, or Audio Engineering.
One-time scholarships will be awarded in the amount $2,500 for up to 10 individuals at the Scholarship Board and creative committee’s discretion. Scholarship funds go directly to college, school, or program to cover tuition and fees. Proof of Enrollment is required.
To apply, students must create a FREE account on Scholarship Portal, write a letter of interest, and submit their portfolio, work sample, or writing prompt (depending on specific scholarship). Works of all kinds are acceptable, but please review specific guidelines in the application.
Our Scholarship applications open in the Spring of each year.
