Overview

Illustration is the art of telling a visual story. In this six-week virtual workshop, we will start with building a drawing practice, then move into expanding our technical skills with pen and ink, watercolors, and rendering with pencil. Once these foundations are established, we will create three illustrations: one based on a song, one from a story, and the last project will be a portrait. No previous experience necessary. Suggested materials list will be provided with registration confirmation. For assistance with supplies please email jodi@bodeckerfound.org.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6:30pm via Zoom | February 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, March 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17
